Who we are
The Teaching Bit ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based primary education resource business. We create and sell digital teaching resources for KS2 primary teachers.

What we sell
We sell digital teaching resources for KS2 primary teachers, available through our TES shop and our Payhip store. All resources are delivered digitally.
Licence to use
Purchasing a resource grants you a licence to use it for teaching purposes under the terms stated at the point of sale. Our standard licence covers use by a single teacher. Where a school or multi-user licence is offered and purchased, this extends use to your institution.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share resources outside the licence you've purchased. All resources remain the copyright of The Teaching Bit.
Pricing
Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Launch or introductory pricing applies only for the period stated, and doesn't apply retroactively or extend beyond that window.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (via Payhip) or TES. We never see or store your card details. Resources are delivered digitally and are available immediately after successful payment.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure our resources are accurate and free of errors. If you spot a mistake, let us know and we'll correct known issues where we can.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the resource in question. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lesson or planning time, arising from use of our resources.
Who this is for
Our resources are intended for use by teachers and education professionals, not for direct use by children.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
